How do I claim a refund?
We are sure you will love our service, but should you require a refund, please call the office on 01204 584 184 or email email@example.com. All refunds are subject to our refund policy (shown below).
For a refund to be processed, you must adhere to the following requirements:
- You must contact the office within 48 hours of the call you require a refund for finishing
- You must end the call within the first 5 minutes
- You must make a note of the time of the call, the number you called from and who your reading was with
- Calls which are not ended within the first 5 minutes will only be entitled to receive the remaining time in pre-paid wallet minutes.
This policy is subject to fair usage and we reserve the right to decline a refund or to give you another reading if we believe the request is not fair, genuine or valid.
In accordance with our refund policy, we reserve the right to listen to calls to determine the cause of any issues or qualify any claims for refunds.
You will be offered either a full refund or another reading to the value of your initial purchase. Minutes will be credited to a pre-paid account. If you do not have one, we will set on up for you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed during office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) and normally will appear back on your card within 5 working days. If you have not received you refund after this time, please contact the office.
