There are limits to the number of points which can be earned in one day (midnight GMT to midnight GMT). They are as follows:
- 1 point per page viewed on the website (up to 10 pages = 10 points per day)
- 1 points per day for visiting the website (this is logged against your username once you are logged in)
- 5 points for logging in to the website (once per day = 5 points per day)
- 5 points for commenting on a blog post (1 per post, up to 10 posts per day)
- 25 points for referring a friend (you will have a unique link which you can send to friends or share on social media. Any time someone signs up using your link, you will get 25 points. You will only receive the 25 points once the user has confirmed their email address. There is no limit for referrals.
- 25 points each time you leave feedback for a reader (this will be validated and only added once we confirm you actually had a reading with the reader. You can do this up to 5 times per day)
- 25 points when you purchase a 20 minute reading via the website (no limit to this one)
- 50 points when you initially sign up on the website
- 50 points when you purchase a 30 minute (or more) reading (no limit on this one)
Please note: you will not receive any points for purchasing readings when redeeming points. You will only receive points when you pay the full price. This also applies when using a voucher code. No points will be awarded when redeeming a voucher code.
Social Activity Point Limits
- 5 points each time you share our blog posts or share our pages (only 5 points per page)
Spending Points
Points can be redeemed against purchases on psychic2tarot.com only. They cannot be used on the telephone system.
You can purchase minutes and an email reading and select to pay using your points - just as you would do with a credit or debit card. Your points will be worked out for you on the purchase page and it will let you know if you have enough to redeem.
When you submit a free reading question, you will also be deducted 50 points.
Transferring Points
Points are non-transferable. This means you cannot transfer points between accounts.
Points Value
There is no monitory value associated with the points. Whilst we do show what your points are worth in GBP, USD and AUD, this is not money and you cannot withdraw it. You are not entitled to money for points.
Redeeming Points
Points can only be redeemed on Psychic 2 Tarot.com. Points cannot be swapped for readings on the phone. For example, you cannot request that your 500 points are used for X number of minutes. They are only to be used against the cost of the reading. Of course, if you have enough points, you may pay for your reading entirely with points!
Deleting Your Account
If you request your account to be deleted, your points will also be deleted. If you then register on the site again, your points will start again from zero.
Changing Points Value / Type of reward
We reserve the right to remove or amend the points system at any time. We may at times increase the number of points on offer for a particular activity. On the same note, we may reduce the number of points at any time. Misuse of the points system will mean your account could be suspended and any points owed, removed.
