My reading cut off after only a few minutes
A call can cut off for a number of reasons. To ensure you have the best connection, we always recommend calling our service from a landline as often when calling from a mobile phone the signal can drop out and the call will be disconnected. Should the call disconnect for any reason while you are talking, please get in touch with the office where we will then be able to look in to the matter further.

You can call us in the office on 01204 584184 or drop us an email at [email protected] We are in the office from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm). During out of office an answerphone will pick up your call. Please leave us a voicemail and we will be in touch once we are back in the office.
