How do I have a reading?
Our service is fully automated. Simply call 0161 381 2233 and follow the prompts. You will be asked to either enter a reader code (from our available readers page), listen to all the readers who are online or to select the next available reader.
Once a reader has been selected, you will then be prompted for your payment. Our service is 100% secure so you do not need to worry about entering your details. Once payment has been approved, you will be connected with your reader.
My reading cut off after only a few minutes
A call can cut off for a number of reasons. To ensure you have the best connection, we always recommend calling our service from a landline as often when calling from a mobile phone the signal can drop out and the call will be disconnected. Should the call disconnect for any reason while you are talking, please get in touch with the office where we will then be able to look in to the matter further.

During out of office an answerphone will pick up your call. Please leave us a voicemail and we will be in touch once we are back in the office.
