Scorpio and Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces)
Scorpio is a Water sign and may be suited to another Water sign. The blend of Water with Water may produce a highly emotional partnership. Both may be intuitive and each might know what to do to satisfy the needs of the other Each may need to make allowance for the other’s moods
Scorpio and Fire signs (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius)
Fire can evaporate Water and Water can extinguish Fire. Fire may need to be more patient with Water’s sensitivity and emotional vulnerability. Water may need to bear in mind that it may frustrate Fire’s enthusiasm and initiative.
Scorpio and Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn)
Earth contains and limits the rivers and oceans. But controlled irrigation of deserts makes land arable. Water may feel Earth regards material values as too important and secondary to inner values.
If Earth makes an effort to understand Water’s emotional moods and needs, and Water concedes that sometimes feelings have to be sacrificed in the name of progress, the two may be more in harmony.
Scorpio and Air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius)
Air and Water could be seen as a partnership between intellect and emotion. Intellect and emotion are a necessary blend. Intellect divorced from emotion may result in an insensitive attitude. Emotion, without the benefit of intellect, may result in hysteria. Air may feel that Water is too subjective and absorbed in their feelings to grasp the reality of a situation. Air has difficulty finding its feelings and relating to people at an emotional level and is better at writing about its feelings or analysing them. Just as in nature, high wind can whip the waves into furious activity, if Air is too critical, Water may react not just with moodiness, but possibly an emotional storm.
